How does the illustration get scaled to size of the baby's actual birth length?
You provide your baby’s birth measurements and, using design software, we adjust the height of your chosen illustration to the exact length of your baby at birth.

What size is the poster?
The size is 50x70 centimetres (19.7 x 27.6 inches). 

Is the frame included?
No. We recommend buying a 50x70cm Ikea frame. They come in colours to suit any decor, such as white, beach or black. Most homeware stores have a range of simple options.

What kind of paper do you use?
Little Leggs posters are printed on 200 gsm acid-free matte paper.

Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?
We will ship the poster worldwide for $20 AUD.

How long does the delivery take?

Due to COVID19 Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network.

The delivery time varies depending on what country you order from.
Australia: Up to 8 business days.
Asia: Around 10 business days.
Rest of the world: 8-14 business days.

What payment options do you offer?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or via PayPal. We also offer AfterPay.

Is my payment secure on your website?
Yes, all of our payments are secured using PayPal and Stripe. This is the same security software used by Unicef, Facebook and Nike.

Can I get the poster in my preferred language?
Yes. There are 15 different languages.

If your language is not listed, email us at hello@littleleggs.com.au and we will make sure the poster comes in your preferred language.

Why is my background colour different to the screen?
Screen colours can vary on different computers.
While we want to get you the colour you choose, please note, there may be a slight colour variation to what is displayed on your screen.

Who has created the illustrations?
The illustrations are created by artist James Lake from Melbourne, Australia.

Who is  Little Leggs?
Little Leggs is a family company, founded by Jessica and Stu Leggatt. As new parents, they wanted to find an interesting, personal way of remembering their firstborn’s first day. They are now making these beautiful, modern illustrations available to everyone.

Do you have gift cards?
We do. To order your gift card, please email us at hello@littleleggs.com.au

As Little Leggs are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your poster arrives damaged.

I've made a mistake in my order, can you change it?

If possible, we will make sure the changes are made before the poster is printed.
